Once they opened Monday morning we talked to Jamie and within 21/2 hours they had fixed the issue and charged us a very reasonable price and had us back on our way to the beach for our vacation. I would recommend this garage to anyone who has issues. Very clean facility and very friendly, wonderful, competent mechanics. I give Erlanger Auto Care and their mechanics 5 stars and A+ rating! From the 1st phone call to the repair, Tom (manager) started off with ... read more From the 1st phone call to the repair, Tom (manager) started off with education of my own car to show me how, why and when things would happen etc. He and his crew have a heart of a teacher when it comes to auto repair. The service was super fast, the hospitality was amazing and the price was surprisingly competitive. Not to leave out David, who was my personal chauffeur for the day..... who also has great customer service skills.
