The manager/owner is very accommodating and attempts to provide good c... read more The manager/owner is very accommodating and attempts to provide good customer service; however, the clutch replacement that was done created even more issues. We have taken this car back three times. The mechanic rode in the car to see what the ongoing issue was and still said it had nothing to do with his repair work. At the suggestion of the manager (because he thought his mechanic new what he was doing) we sought a second opinion. I was confirmed that it was related to the repair work. The manager was apologetic and offered a full refund and I appreciate that. I just don't think the mechanics have the skillset needed for big jobs. Maybe for tire installations and oil changes but not for more advanced things. I should have known this was a bad idea when I took my other car in for an inspection and they removed the tint from my BACK windows not the FRONT windows due to regulations, in order to pass inspection.... Lesson learned.
From the 1st phone call to the repair, Tom (manager) started off with ... read more From the 1st phone call to the repair, Tom (manager) started off with education of my own car to show me how, why and when things would happen etc. He and his crew have a heart of a teacher when it comes to auto repair. The service was super fast, the hospitality was amazing and the price was surprisingly competitive. Not to leave out David, who was my personal chauffeur for the day..... who also has great customer service skills.

My Jeep Liberty was having issues and we brought it to FOUR different mechanics for repairs- each giving a different diagnosis and solution. After 2 years and about $3000 in repairs, the problem was still not fixed. In January we brought it to J Medic, they made a few repairs and the problem was FIXED! Not only were they able to solve the mystery of my Jeep, but the staff there is amazing; friendly, accommodating and responsive! The price was fair as well. It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days... now I use J Medic for all of my vehicle repairs- breaks, oil change, inspections, etc. -Jackie Hoffman
