Greg's Mobile Auto Repair is reasonable and fast. He was able to complete my rotors and brake pads replacement in under 2 hours. He even accommodated me on a Sunday which is rare for a lot of shops to be open on that day. I highly recommend Greg for his 30 years of mechanic skills for your automotive needs. This a terrible company that not only provided me with horrible customer service, they flat out LIED to me! When I called to ask about having my car picked up and cleaned, they promised they would have it back to me by 1:30 that afternoon. I also specifically asked them to clean the inside of the front windshield as it was so streaked that it was very hard to see out the window. First of all, They were TWO HOURS late bringing my car back and that was after having to call TWICE to ask for it. They made me 40 minutes late for an extremely important appointment because I was stuck at work without my car! Even worse, they hadn't even touched the windshield!! It honestly looked like the car had just been sitting at their shop all day and when I called to tell them they were late and I needed it back immediately, they quickly rinsed the car off just to make it look wet so I would think they had washed it! But there was still bug spots all over it and NONE of the streaks had been cleaned off of the windshield!! I hate that I ever spent a dime on this company because once they have your money they do not care about their service or customer satisfaction at all!! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!!!

Complete rip off!! They did a bait and switch with me on a tint job for my car. Changed prices on me the morning I got there, then stated part of it they couldn't do, then when they were over an hour late on delivery they still charged me yet a different price. The free detail that comes with every tint job wasn't included on mine either. Even though one of the England Brothers told me himself, " We are going to clean it, and detail it free for you!! It wont even look like the same car!". They didn't even wash it. IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF, GO SEE THE ENGLAND BROTHERS!!

My first visit to an Autobell was today. Just returned from a road trip. I know the bugs on the front of the car are difficult to remove, but mine are still there. Wish I would have noticed before I left. Of course, I didn't think I had to inspect it with that many people working. I went to Autobell and paid the extra money because it was a tougher job. I am very disappointed. Probably my FIRST and LAST visit to Autobell.
