Upon arrival I was making my way around the building and met two employees behind the building. As we stopped and ask them if they could try to fix the tire, the two tire shop employees looked at the trailer dumb founded, ( we had to exit the vehicle and show them the tire that was flat, which was pretty obvious). So I asked them if they had air so that they could try to clinch the tire and inflate the tire. The tire shop employees stated they did not have anything big enough to work on the tire, and something about the tire being a 100psi tire, which is incorrect and all I needed was the tire to be clinched and my little plug in pump could do the rest. This is the only tire shop I have ever been to that said We don t work on tires and we don t have a compressor that big My home compressor goes to 120psi to bad I was an hour and half away. I would not suggest anyone take anything to this shop, they are incompetent, very rude, and have terrible customer service.

My recent experience was that the manager of the store 1.Sold a lifetime warranty on brakes but the rear brakes installed were not lifetime brakes. 2.After inspecting the returned rotors and brakes I saw they were not worned out. 3.Failed to put a balance weight on right rear tire that I had purchased in May 2011.

I am somewhat familiar with cars, but did not have the tools to tackle the job. I take it in and they replace the pump, but claim it is still "not starting". They said it might be my spark plugs and they looked "flooded", which is impossible, as I had no fuel pressure, because the fuel pump wasn't working! When I called them out on that they said "Uh, I dont know, you got me there, im just telling you what I see" They then tell me it will be $80 in labor to change the spark plugs. $80? That job takes less than 5 min. I get to the shop to find out that they had taken my old spark plugs out, and left my car outside. I ask them to put my OLD plugs back in, and they did. Took about 3 min. Although I did not watch him do it. Next thing I know I go to start the car, and it starts juust fine with the old spark plugs, but the engine was immediately reving up full blast as if I were flooring it from the start. I turn the car off, and look under the hood, to see what the crooks have done to prevent me from driving, and after 30 min, I realize they have disconnected the throttle body hose from the air filter box. That is something they had NO reason touching when fixing my fuel pump, or taking out my spark plugs for that matter (which I did not ask them to do). I think the fat bald one, when putting my plugs back in, decided to yank that hose, to cause another problem, because HE KNEW when he put the old plugs back in, it would work. The whole time I am trying to figure out the issue, that never should of risen from replacing a fuel pump, these crooks just stood around as if I was never there. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF IN EVERY WAY THEY CAN. THEY ARE CROOKS, AND ARE GUARANTEED TO CAUSE MORE PROBLEMS.
