Was going to get brakes done but he offered to install brakes from a totally different make and model that "should work fine" Wanted money up front and there is no way those parts would fit or even bolt up to the car.

Randall told me that he would have one of his techicians drive the car for the noises that I was hearing, and then check out the car before before any repairs. when they checked out car Randall took me out to car and showed me what was wrong. Gave me est. on what I needed, gave me some recomendations for next time. I couldn't believe the total was almost 400 less than I expected. Honest,fair, trustworthy, a customer for life.
