They ruined my rims and broke a part in my car, replacing it with a generic instead of OEM part. They had their 14 year old sons working in the back, practicing on the vehicles. They denied it. Even though the kid just told me he was learning and working on the cars back there! No wonder why they damaged my rims! When I tried to confront the manager, he got in my face and started screaming at and intimidating me, a small female. When I told a lawyer who was a lifelong customer of theirs about what happened, he said they screwed him over, too. He won’t use them anymore either. Dupont heavily advertises because they damage cars and then intimidate, lie to, and blame the customer. Especially to people here on vacation, because they don’t get the repeat business that many other mechanics depend on. They are completely unethical. Avoid!

Quality workmanship, done with exceptional care.I damaged my rear fender a few weeks ago and went in for a free estimate. Shawn was very professional and assisted with my tight schedule by ordering and painting my new fender before I dropped my car off so that I could have minimal loss of use of my car. It was fixed in a day and looked fantastic. I highly recommend them.

These guys have always done right by us. They are very friendly and efficient. They also offer an awesome rewards program that allows you to build up for points for coupons. The coupons are automatically sent to you when you've saved up enough points, which are also tracked automatically. These people are wonderful to work with. They don't cut corners but put my priority - safety - always first. I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. I want to preface my review by saying that the techs are very talented and I deeply appreciate the work they specifically did. I also would like to say Jake is an incredibly nice individual who does the best he can with what he is given, and unfortunately his colleague does not share the same sentiment. Rico lied about every facet of the job. From price, to estimated time, to simply what they would actually be able to do for me. He also made it very clear he did not respect my input and opinions even though I am the owner of the vehicle; I have my own opinion as to why he felt that way as well. INCREDIBLY upsetting experience considering my family is return customers of Zaks (I personally will not be returning). I again thank Jake and the techs for their diligent, and honest, work; And all they did in the face of their teammate actively working against them. Unfortunately, they can only do so much when the bridge has already been burned.
