Honestly, they are the last of their kind. They are honest and truthful and put their customers miles ahead of any desire to make money.If you have a problem with your vehicle and they diagnose it and find out fixing that problem may not help your vehicle work properly they will tell you instead of just taking the money. This is a really great group of people! They go miles out of their way to help their customers.

What can I say other than Hendersons has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive repair industry. We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. Lou & his crew are Great! Exceptional honesty and service. They always have my best interest in mind. There are not many shops any more that convey that "Local, Down Home" feel where you know they will do what it takes to keep my car running like new, but P.E.P. Service Center does. Have been going here for years - vehicle comes out looking practically new every time! Also good advice given to any questions the driver may have. Mario is very nice, and his crew is very efficient! Having the car wax done here certainly beats being left with all those swirl marks after attempting it yourself!:-) (I only have the outside done because I am able to care for the inside myself, so I can't comment there, but Mario has described the process to me ).
