Picked up today Sept. 15 2020. Called twice first time i called and spoke to him he had an excuse that he didn't have any help and not able to get to it. Second time called same excuse. Saw posted videos of cars that were being done at his shop that were brought in after mine... he was working on cars that paid more money... didn't work on mine cause the payout wasn't worth his time... unless you have thousands and thousands of damage done to your car he won't get to it until the expensive work is done first... don't waste your time he is very unprofessional... and i will never recommend him and will post this review over all social media that i can to spread the news his Unprofessional business practices

I am very lucky to have been assigned to him because he helped me tremendously in identifying my needs; that after showing me at least 4 cars I have made my decision. He is very pleasant, helpful, patient and considered me a family looking for a car. Mr. Genao is an asset to your company. Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. These people are terrific! We have done business with them for severa... read more These people are terrific! We have done business with them for several years now and we could not be happier. Frank Sanchez, the manager, is so professional and helpful. When he says the car will be ready at a certain time, it always is. He has been very helpful in all phases of our repair challenges. As he told my wife recently, "you will not be able to tell that the car is not brand new when we are finished"! And Frank was right! Her SUV looks brand new! And they were very fair with pricing and dealing with our insurance carrier as well. Obviously, we are very happy with this service!
