What can I say other than Hendersons has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive repair industry. We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. Honestly, they are the last of their kind. They are honest and truthful and put their customers miles ahead of any desire to make money.If you have a problem with your vehicle and they diagnose it and find out fixing that problem may not help your vehicle work properly they will tell you instead of just taking the money. This is a really great group of people! They go miles out of their way to help their customers.

My check engine light went on and that drives me nuts. Suburban did a complete test and thought it was my old gas cap. After several gas fill ups the light went out today out of the blue. Thanks to Mike and my new Honda gas cap.

Lou & his crew are Great! Exceptional honesty and service. They always have my best interest in mind. There are not many shops any more that convey that "Local, Down Home" feel where you know they will do what it takes to keep my car running like new, but P.E.P. Service Center does. This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. Hats off to the owner for having a great employee like Chris!!!

I am from out of town and my thermostat went out. I needed someplace close to where I was staying and a fair price. I called 3 different auto repair shops. One chose not to call back, the second quoted me $171 and acted like I, as a woman didn't know that the gasket comes with the thermostat when you purchase a replacement and that was part of the charge, Desi quoted me a good fair price and said they could fix it immediately, I took it in the next morning and they got right to it. After an hour and a half I called to see how long it would be and was told it was taking longer than they thought because the alternator and other parts needed removed, I knew this and that is why we were taking it to a shop, no place to work on a project like that when in a hotel. I figured the price would go up because of more labor. We went and did some other things and picked the car up just before the 6pm closing. They did not raise the price and the car is fixed and great. Good people trying to earn an honest living for an honest days work. Give them a call!

This place was great. The guy who runs it might be the nicest "car guy" I've ever met. They drove me home and called me with what they found. Carl went over everything and when I asked a question he was so polite and patient. They even picked me up after the work was done. I can't say enough about Carl or the work they did. My car runs great now and I am going there for everything from now on. They do everything. It's awesome.
