Never called us to p/u. Temp exp. Finally got today 4/15. 2) Truck barely made it home. Checked + "new" spark plugs he said he did were each completely burnt out! Called next day to report prob + ask further questions to trouble shoot but he was short + rude! 3) He omitted a HUGE issue until after docs done + we were leaving parking lot! Informed that PCM was replaced. Only later did we find out that he took a new + correct PCM out + replaced w/junkyard. Also never had it calibrated! Tried 3 companies for keys to be made + no one could do it + still charged us. Had to buy correct PCM. Company told us a PCM had recently been bought. Tried again but now truck wont even start because antitheft blocks recalib! Had to have it towed to a Ford dealer. 3) We had test drove truck. Knew it had exhaust leak+ABS light on. Something popped! coming home + it stuck in low gear. Had it towed to Ford where it has been ever since to this day. They only finally were able & nearing $1,500 later to get it started last week! Now we have to fix everything else they found wrong. Turning into a $ pit. I know I’m forgetting other issues to mention. We have been so stressed! 4) Went to pick up plates today + expressed how dissatisfied we of having been screwed over with this truck. Showed the spark plugs. Reminded them that no one even called us for the plates. Told him about having omitted PCM situation until after we signed the docs. This being the entire damn problem for this month + half! He just simply said “Thanks I know now for next time. Have a good weekend”. Did not even have courtesy to apologize! Really? Grow a set! Not even once...did a simple "I'm sorry this happened" come out of his mouth or other 2 men in office! He even handed me someone else’s plates! POOR customer service. Cannot be trusted! Don’t waste your time or $ at this SHAM SHACK! They should be ashamed!

Price was right, car is in great shape, 1 accident on CARFAX, they took time to show me with this paint measuring thing what panels had been painted. Matthew was a great help and very knowledgable but as for the guy in the front , i dont even think he said hi to me .....all in all a pretty good experience.

We bought a 2004 Cadillac SRX (a real beauty), 108,000 miles, paid cash and in full $11,995. A week later, brought it back b/c the engine was "noisy"; they kept it 2 days and returned it stating they didn't hear any "noise" and "maybe it's the transmission". We asked them to repair this under the 3 mo/3,000 warranty. They said it "had to breakdown first." Wow. Six-months later, THE ENGINE DIED. We called NATIONAL AUTO SALES to address this issue. We were told they were busy with customers, but what did we want from them. We told them we wanted them to remember we were once "customers" and to pay to replace the engine. They offered to do this "at cost"; we agreed that sounded good, but wanted OUR mechanic to install a QUALITY engine, given the circumstances. We asked for his name; he said "Mike"...we asked for his last name; he said "Just Mike". Now, we have not heard from "Just Mike" to make good on his offer. We are, however, going to pay to have a quality engine installed AND Carchex will put a 5yr/100,000 warranty on it. Total costs, which will become DAMAGES that we WILL seek to recover: minus $11,995 for a car with a DEAD ENGINE $4,250 for a quality engine installed, $2,875 for an extended warranty=$7,125. Expensive lesson... I AM NOT ALONE--OTHERS HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY NATIONAL AUTO SALES...IN THE SAME WAY. Buy the car, drive it a few months, and the ENGINE DIES. Don't become a victim. If you've already fallen victim to the fine snakes and bottom-feeders at NATIONAL AUTO SALES, please email me at JustMike5000@yahoo.com OR Facebook your story (pictures encouraged) by looking up and friending juste mike.
