I have been a customer of Dawson Motors for about 5 years and they have never disappointed me. But just recently they far exceeded my expectations! My work vehicle had broken down for the last time and it was time to replace it. Without my vehicle, I was totally at a standstill with my construction business. My van was towed into Dawson Motors at 8:45 am on a Saturday. I explained to Bill Dawson that I needed a reliable used van. By chance, he had one on his lot and I asked Bill to give me best deal, that without a vehicle I could not work. He got his wife Linda on the finance part, they made me an offer and I took the deal. My wife and I unloaded my old van of all the tools and supplies and headed home. At 2:30 the same Saturday afternoon Linda called me and said the van was ready for pick up! The Dawson's stayed late in order to get me my van knowing how important it was to my business. I could not have believed anyone would have done this, let alone our small town auto dealership. Not only do they have a highly qualified group of mechanics and a customer service oriented office staff, the owners walk the talk of helping customers way above expectations! MANY thanks! J. A. Twin Towers has been my service station/repair shop and especially my fill-up station for more years than I can remember ... I moved here in 1992. From my 1st visit I knew I was in competent hands. By age 67, I’ve had quite a large experience with mechanics, etc. By far Twin Towers is the best. Prompt scheduling for car emergencies, frequent calls with any sub-optimal or abnormal findings, options, estimates, updates, road test results, etc. There are never any surprises. It’s a family-owned business for generations. Twin Towers is the only service station I’ll ever use. “5 stars” doesn’t adequately describe the experience you will have at Twin Towers.

I brought my car recently to A&A repairs and am so glad I did. Not only did my car get finally fixed properly, but Anthony took the time to explain to me what went wrong and how it was fixed. Not to mention the cost was very reasonable and the work was completed before I actually expected it to be done. There are no surprises and my car runs and looks great! I was very happy yo find out that they work on Europen cars. I have a 2000 Saab that had a blown turbo and Alex was able to find me the best price around and I have had no problem with the turbo ever since. I think Dave at MWW is the most knowledgeable, honest and best gig in the area. No pressure, no up-sells, totally the opposite of most of what I have experienced in the area. Owning a BMW off warranty is never going to be cheap- he keeps the experience enjoyable and manageable. Highly recommend

My car died on my way to work so I had my car towed in to TRM and they provided me with a ride to work. They diagnosed that my alternator was no longer working and replaced it before the end of the day. I was happy with the service they provided and the price they quoted me.
