The had to rebuild the trans not once, not twice, but had it out of the car to rebuild three times to try to get it right. They still failed because 18 months later the trans is shot again. I will tell everyone I know not to go here. Huge disappointment!

I'm a single Mom. and it seems that auto shops as well as car dealer repair shops have a gift for taking advantage of and treating women as if we didnt know better...Anyway after going to many places (doing my own homework) I finally went to Lorengs Transmission, where the service mgr. John, was more than knowledgable,he explained things clearly. When he and his crew found the problem he immediately let me know-in laymens terms what exactly was going on, what they would have to do to fix it, different options for fixing it,as well as how much each option would cost approx. and above all a full one year warranty, Im grateful for the honesty and expertise of this co. and would highly recommend Lorengs to all.
