Boat Repair
June 16, 2012 | Barry | Visited, over a year
A few years ago I bought a new Tracker bass boat from Rocky Mountain RV and Marine then moved out of state. Recently, I was out fishing in the middle of a huge lake and when I went to start up the big motor to move to another spot, it wouldn’t start. I worked on the motor – trying everything I knew to do and nothing worked. I discovered that I had cell phone service where I was and I still had Rocky Mountain’s phone number in my directory, co I called them for help. Wes Hedlund, the service manager, spent at least a half hour with me on the phone and with his help, the big motor started and I headed straight for the marina. This was a Saturday afternoon so I know that Rocky Mountain’s service had to be slammed. I can’t thank Wes enough for taking the time to help me out of a bad situation. It’s no fun to be stranded in the middle of the lake! My only regret is that I live too far away to take the boat to Rocky Mountain for service!
