Auto repair service near Alpine, NY

I truly trust Young's Tires for all my service needs, I needed new Tires for my SUV, I when early Monday Morning, I was very happy that they were able to get me right in, I tend to put off things to the very last minute. Young's Tires are very professional, a fine Family Owned Business. If you have issues they are always right there to resolve them. I have been going too them for YEARS, just because of that. The Business is all clean, Employees always have a Bright smiles,and look forward to helping you the best that they can, This has made them the Leader in this World. Thank-you Carlton Eddy

First im gonna say is that i wont even talk about the parts Brad put back on my car without cleaning, like he said he was. I went to this garage, to have my car looked at because of overheating. Brad who works there told me it was my intake gaskets. He said it would cost $651 dollars to have it fixed, i ended dropping it off two weeks before i could pay to have it done. A week before i was gonna be able to pay for it i went in to let him know so that way it can be repaired by time i got in with my money. The time came i had my money, i went in thinking i was going to be able to just go right in and pay for it and drive away. No.... didnt happen he never even started it. To make a long story short, after a few more days later... remember he had my car for two weeks already. It was finally done. Heres the thing instead of $651, i had too pay $788. I asked him about it, he tells me he made a mistake and got the price for the intake gaskets mixed up. My question is how is this my fault? Dont go to this place horrible service and you dont know what you will be paying... even if he gives you a price. If i could rate this with no stars i would.

Save yourself an enormous financial hassle and find another dealer in the Horseheads area. TERRIBLE experience.

Everything they do stays done! Never had them fix the same thing twice. Easy to get an appointment. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have been going there for many years and quality of work is consistently high. They keep up to date on new models and new technology, and will tell you if there's a problem, or if you need to take a car to the dealership for a covered repair.

I live in Boston but my son is at Cornell with his 2000 Saab. I have been extremely pleased with Pellegrinos. They have ensured that my son is safe and his car reliable. Rose and Nick are efficient, convenient & reasonably priced. I will miss them when my son graduates next week!

I have 2 separate issues with Lanes. Both involing an inspection. The first was approx 3 years ago. I was misquoted on a seal leak. When I came in to pick my car up the price was double what they had told me. They had also charged me for 2 inspection fee's. After repeatedly going over this with the Owners wife...incredibly rude...they reduced the price. This time I was told I needed 4 neew tires. Fine. When asked if the tire price included mounting and balancing I was told yes. We also dropped off a tirre that we had patched about a month ago to be repaired because the patch didn't hold. Once in the door the owners daughter Jess immediately stated that the patch was not theirs and that we didn't get it done there. In disbelief of course my husband and I were upset. She put her hand in my face and told me she was calling her dad. Fine. Then we see they charged for the mounting and balancing. When that was brought up she denied ever telling me that was part of the tire quote. The daughter proceeded to make several more rude and unprofessional comments. I am appalled at the service, I am appalled at the fact that they don't have a record of the tire patch. I am appalled that ONCE AGAIN they tried to rip us off. We have 4 cars and we will NEVER go back to them again. I donnot recommend them for their service, personalities, or pricing.
