The diagnostic was free and they even topped off my power steering fluid for free! If I run into any more problems I know they are a reliable source for auto service!
I've been a customer of Whyte's for years now, as have my parents, my ... read more I've been a customer of Whyte's for years now, as have my parents, my wife, and my wife's family. It's a friendly, local business that genuinely cares about customers. I have never felt over-charged and Mr. Whyte has been very accommodating in the past. During my graduate studies I was out of the area and went to several other places when my car broke down (it was old and did so a lot). I did not feel nearly as comfortable going to them and ended up saving my oil changes until I was visiting home so I could take my car in for general check ups at Whyte's. Now that I am back living in the area I go there whenever I am in need of assistance with my car. I highly recommend.
The owner has been ARRESTED in October 2011 indicted on multiple THEFT... read more The owner has been ARRESTED in October 2011 indicted on multiple THEFT charges and tax evasion. We had our mini van worked on there. When we got it back, the engine head leaked. We went in for an oil change. It ended up costing us over $2200.00 to fix the damages they intentionally made. We also had to ADD 2 qt of oil to engine after the oil change ?????
