I called Phil’s and explained how money was tight and could not afford to spend a lot on repairs. I was told to drop off the car and the owner Phil will take a look at it. I received a call from Phil that day and not only did he have all the answers to my problem(s) he was willing to fix it that day. I could not have been more satisfied. His labor rate is well below the area shops. I highly recommend Phil’s to everyone!! In fact, I now have a true honest mechanic that I can trust. No problem(s) yet with the work that was done!! The guy above must have been talking about another Phil’s.

He asked what I have, I began to describe the issue, and he cut me off and told me he isn’t interested in my business. Told me he is comfortable with the people he already sees and has no interest in helping me. Did not even listen to what I had to say, cut me off mid sentence. Was recommended to him, but his service was immediately unprofessional. If you’re looking for a new mechanic, he is NOT the guy. Just a sad, unprofessional old man. Do not recommend ????
Hello Everyone, I would like to share my repair experience with foreig... read more Hello Everyone, I would like to share my repair experience with foreign auto repair service: Both Glenn & Lisa were consummate professionals during the entire process of troubleshooting my diesel Range Rover. They kept me abreast on the entire process, provided a thorough photo of all the work provided with photos of the work conducted allowed me to use their car while they repaired my car which is above and beyond generous. Glenn kept me posted through txt messages daily. They isolated the problem, worked with the warranty company on the repair cost ensured I understood what I was responsible for on the repair cost and returned my car back repaired. Thank you for the great service it’s appreciated. I will be back hopefully not to soon but when needed I will entrust you to work on my again in the future. Joe V. ??
