I have been a customer of Dawson Motors for about 5 years and they have never disappointed me. But just recently they far exceeded my expectations! My work vehicle had broken down for the last time and it was time to replace it. Without my vehicle, I was totally at a standstill with my construction business. My van was towed into Dawson Motors at 8:45 am on a Saturday. I explained to Bill Dawson that I needed a reliable used van. By chance, he had one on his lot and I asked Bill to give me best deal, that without a vehicle I could not work. He got his wife Linda on the finance part, they made me an offer and I took the deal. My wife and I unloaded my old van of all the tools and supplies and headed home. At 2:30 the same Saturday afternoon Linda called me and said the van was ready for pick up! The Dawson's stayed late in order to get me my van knowing how important it was to my business. I could not have believed anyone would have done this, let alone our small town auto dealership. Not only do they have a highly qualified group of mechanics and a customer service oriented office staff, the owners walk the talk of helping customers way above expectations! MANY thanks! J. A. Absolute crook. Tried to solve my problem by selling me another car and keeping mine, rather than finding a cost effective way to fix mine. STAY AWAY - CHARGES MONEY EVEN TO JUST LOOK AT A CAR. After trying to cheat me, I called to say I was coming to pick up the car. Said I could just come get, then held my car hostage for money until I paid a "Diagnostic Fee". TOTAL SCAM - STAY AWAY!

Hello Everyone, I would like to share my repair experience with foreign auto repair service: Both Glenn & Lisa were consummate professionals during the entire process of troubleshooting my diesel Range Rover. They kept me abreast on the entire process, provided a thorough photo of all the work provided with photos of the work conducted allowed me to use their car while they repaired my car which is above and beyond generous. Glenn kept me posted through txt messages daily. They isolated the problem, worked with the warranty company on the repair cost ensured I understood what I was responsible for on the repair cost and returned my car back repaired. Thank you for the great service it’s appreciated. I will be back hopefully not to soon but when needed I will entrust you to work on my again in the future. Joe V. ??

You would think a hand car wash in this area would take care of the cars they wash, but it absolutely does not. Do not bring your car to this hand car wash unless you want it damaged and the car wash to not take responsibility for it. Our brand new car went in with out a dent or scratch and came out with a deep scratch and dent from the metal nozzle on the power washer they use on the wheels. The owner agreed to pay and we got estimates until his wife got involved and blamed us and refused any help fixing the damage that they did! Will definitely not recommend this car wash or go there again!
