I got in a car accident and my car was towed to this shop without my consent. I requested for the car to be towed to my normal shop (which is lovely) to be worked on instead. The owner forced me to come in person to sign to release my car. He then in person called me (a female) stupid REPEATIDLY for moving my car saying Geico was taking advantage of me and my rights, even though it was my choice to have my car moved. After being berated REPEATIDLY and signing to release my car in person I come to find out that the owner is still REFUSING to release my car unless the insurance company pays the storage for my car in person in cash (not common practice). They are refusing the check payment that was sent. This thief is still holding my car charging daily fees refusing to release it which is against NYS law. It has been over a week. BEWARE and NEVER let this man have his hands on your car.

We called our mechanic, who immediately recommended Cannon Collision, and advised us to speak with Paul. We contacted Paul immediately, who said that he would gladly take a look at the vehicle. After bringing the car down, Paul went over the entire car with a fine tooth comb. I mean, this guy's thorough. I felt immediately at ease, for his expertise and his respectful tone proved to me that he was definitely a class act. Paul was in touch with us consistently from day one. He even offered to give us a lift to the rental car company, and even contacted a few for us while we were in his office. When we went down to pick up the car today, I couldn't believe what I saw - the car looked like it just pulled off the showroom floor! Our vehicle is 11 years old, and it hasn't looked that good in YEARS! The entire car was completely detailed, inside and out, and my daughter even commented that she loved how clean the car was! The entire experience, which could have been horrific, was smooth from the get-go. Paul and all the guys at Cannon Collision made this experience so much easier. The car handles really well now, and all work is 100% guaranteed. Paul said that no vehicle that ever leaves his shop is unsafe, which rested my mind as a parent. Let me tell you, Cannon Collision is definitely the way to go, if you should ever need body work. A+ in my book - great guy, excellent work. Thanks, Cannon! And thank you, Paul!

Fairfield has 90+ cars and trucks in our fleet ranging from pick-up trucks to high-end luxury vehicles. We use Cannon often with this many vehicles on the road. Paul at Cannon eases the difficulty after getting into an accident. Recently a dining room set fell off a vehicle onto the Long Island Expressway. I missed the chairs but hit the table. There was extensive damage to my vehicle. Paul arranged for a rental car that was waiting for me when I dropped off my vehicle for repair. He handled all of the paper work with the insurance adjuster. When the repairs were completed my car was like new from the showroom detailed inside and out. I highly recommend Cannon Collision.
