They have saved me tons of money- typically in situations where my dealership tries to upsell an unnecessary service not warranty covered. Recently, they looked at a used dealer car I was interested in buying- and found a few potentially costly issues with the vehicle, that were then taken care of by the dealer. They wouldn't take a cent from me for their time. Don't hesitate to use this wonderful, family run auto service.

However, they appeared more set out to sell me shocks and an alignment then telling me anything about my tires or the warranty. They also noticed I had a brake light out which they asked if I wanted replaced. I said sure thinking after spending almost $700.00 was a complimentary offer. Well it wasn't and they said $4.00 for the bulb and $20.00 to install! Well that just got me going, the brake bulb doesn't even require a tool to replace. It's behind two panels which pop out in two seconds. I just found this place and it's staff, hawking to find thing to charge you more than what you came for. I cannot recommend this place, and suggest using Tire rack and one of their suggested installers.
I went in for a flat tire and these guys were great. they fit me in ri... read more I went in for a flat tire and these guys were great. they fit me in right before they closed and couldn't be nicer. I thought they'd tried to get me in and out so fast but the mechanic stayed after his shift was over to help me. I couldn't be happier with the service so even though I own a Honda I brought my car to them for my next service. Its been 4 years now and I still feel like a friend when I walk in and Joe, Mike, Helene and the gang make me feel comfortable, like they're not going to rip me off like the guys in new rochelle. thanks for staying honest, dch toyota city has a class act bunch. I may even buy a toyota next month when my lease is up :0)
