Growing up, Surgical Auto Repair owner Donald Robinson was always fixing things. He became extremely interested in the science of how cars operate. For him, this was the perfect mix of science and art. His passion for cars gradually evolved into the reason he got into this business: to change the way vehicle service is delivered.
After working for two different dealerships and an independent shop, Donald became mortified by the way customers were treated, so he started thinking about how he could reverse the erosion of customer service.
Donald has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry as a technician, manager, and owner. He is an ASE-certified Master Technician and AC Delco Master Technician. He also possesses numerous other Master certifications. Donald and his wife, Sandra, have extensive business management training from Management Success!, one of the leading automotive consulting companies in the US.
