you couldn't even get my oil change right. I told ya my car needed 0W20. I told you in the beginning you didn't even listen. thank god I saw your guy grab the wrong oil (5W40) other wise I would have driven home without knowing my car got a wrong oil change . I also came for amsoil and you got me something completely different. The wrong oil you put in my car was not amsoil and the later one you changed was not amsoil either after you realized you made a mistake. The oil was something from a steel drum. who knows what's inside there and the guy who pump the oil out the drum didn't even know how much he should pump. at that point I already felt unsafe and I quickly googled another service center that had amsoil and was just a few miles away. I went there (my car was already driving weird tho) and the manager or supervisor immediately knew what oil my car needed and how much it needed after lookup in his computer. He brought the oil to me and it's exactly the amsoil my car uses. I changed the oil again there and what upset me again was that the tech told me the oil filter was leaking. What a nice job you have done. and after failing to perform this basic work, you still charged me 150$, for unknown quality of oil and unfit oil filter. do you even feel shame? stop throwing those BS canned messages like "Please call us at 516-518-5552" to show you care but in fact you don't at all.

Our daughter was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident. We called our mechanic, who immediately recommended Cannon Collision, and advised us to speak with Paul. We contacted Paul immediately, who said that he would gladly take a look at the vehicle. After bringing the car down, Paul went over the entire car with a fine tooth comb. I mean, this guy's thorough. I felt immediately at ease, for his expertise and his respectful tone proved to me that he was definitely a class act. Paul was in touch with us consistently from day one. He even offered to give us a lift to the rental car company, and even contacted a few for us while we were in his office. When we went down to pick up the car today, I couldn't believe what I saw - the car looked like it just pulled off the showroom floor! We have a 2011 Nissan that was acting funny. It wasnt shifting smoothly. We took it to a couple of local places but they told us that a dealer would be best because they had equipment to diagnose later model cars that were only available to dealers. I was really hesitant. We were new to the area and always stayed away from dealers because they usually charge more. We looked on line and found a local dealer, Baron Nissan, that had good reviews. None of those reviews were for service but what we could find said really good things about their sales department so we had the car towed there and crossed our fingers. We met Frank the service manager who was very nice. He asked what the car was doing and we told him/. We left it there overnight and he said he would call us the next day. He called about 11am on Friday and said the car was done. A little surpised that it was done so quickly I asked if they had found the problem. He said it was just a control module that had to be reset, no big deal. The way the other mechanics had made it sound we were braced for a huge repair bill. When we went to pick it up they told us that they had checked and our car was still under the Nissan powertrain warranty ( which we had no idea about) and the bill was nothing, no money at all. They told us they checked the car and we needed front brakes and an oil change ( which I knew). They gave me a fair price and we had them do the work. Frank didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need or want and they did the brakes and oil change while we waited. Has a chance to talk to Frank while we waited, he was just a nice guy who welcomed us to the neighborhood. We have bought a lot of cars in our life, definately not my first rodeo and I never,ever went back to a dealer for service as a rule they are too busy, pushy and over priced. I gotta say Frank at Baron Nissan is the exception. We are so glad we found them

Today we took our car to Honda City ServiceCenter to drop it off for an oil change. The professionals at Hond City took 45 minuites to check in the car and lectured us about the proper procedure for when oil chould be changed. I am thankful for their professional input as the last four vehicles we have owner only had over 100,000 miles on them when we sold them andnever needed ay type of engine work. Guess we did a pretty bad job maintaining them. This was the first of the "free" oil canges Honda provides as part of our new car purchase. I can assure youit will be the last as well. I will take the vehicle elsewhere where they can get me in and out in a reasonable time andactually know what they are talking about.
