I was not surprised to see those comments above. These people are thieves. I had them tow my car from NY to TN and they damaged the front end of the car and denied it. Delivered it a day late. They have criminal drivers. Worst company i have ever seen. I don't know...is it only me, it is so impossible to trust people from east coast.

These guys are the worst.  My son's car was impounded and towed there.  They charged him $350.  The oil drip pan was damaged by the tow and they denied negligence.  Then I called Allstate to have the car towed to my sons house and when allstate sent a tow truck to get the car, this place would not let him on the premises.  This place is a rip off.  Stay away and keep staying away.  I am still on the phone with allstate trying to resolve this.  Finally the police were called and are intervening.  What a bad place.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP WHAT'S YOURS. WHEN THE OWNER WAS ADVISED HE LAUGHED. THE POLICE WERE CALLED AND A REPORT WAS MADE.
