I had my oil changed and break pads/rotors replaced without leaving my house... and for cheaper than your standard shops. My favorite part? I wasn't being upsold on air filters and fluids! They promised a free evaluation via a video on the Google page presented by the president of the company! They lied!! They charged me $200 to look at two simple concerns with the promise that IF they found the problem they would put the evaluation fee towards the repair. Another lie! Typical bait and switch move. Promise from three different employees. Well guess what? They couldn’t find anything wrong. So now I still have the issues with $200 less taken by this garage. I emailed them twice showing them the video clearly stating that the evaluation was promised as a complimentary inspection. They ghosted me and refuse to refund my money and refused to honor the video!! I wonder if they’ll take it down after this is submitted. I want a refund and I want the promise in the video by the president to be honored!!

I inherited a vehicle and wanted to see if it was worth fixing. In a nutshell, they took a month to do the repairs, charged me 500$ over the estimate, and did not change the tires or oil as the quote stated. Then I immediately took it for a second opinion and they said the engine was shot. I totally wasted over 2500$ because this mechanic didnt take the time to properly diagnose the vehicle.

Don't believe this sites limited information. Columbia Cook Sunoco IS open saturdays and sundays. Also, they service all brands and have state of the art diagnostic and repair equipment. Best part you can get your gas, propane and free air for your tires!

I was unsatisfied with the service i could've just took my car to an automatic wash and got a better result. I complained about the quality of work to the owner and he was very nasty and unprofessional i wouldnt recommend this shop to my worst enemy its that bad what a waste of money.
