I had a remote start put on my car it is a stick shit manual transmission. They hacked up all my wiring the car would start with out having the clutch in (very bad). The remote start fell from under the dash and was stuck behind the clutch pedal, and i could shift on my way to work one day had to pull off the to the side of the road to get it un-jammed. Final took it to the dealership they laughed and said how terrible the install was and pulled it out and im am back to stock now...... Very big waste of my time and money will never go or recommend this place to any one! Please go else where!

I got a flat on a Saturday morning on my way out of Cleveland and back to Rhode Island. The folks at Terrys took care of me and had me in a new set of tires and back on the road in 90 minutes. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me anything i didn't ask for. Informed me of anything they thought I should know about and had more than reasonable pricing. Excellent marks all around. Horrible customer service. I had an appointment for 9am. I got to the place and the parts were not in they came at 9:30 am. The help didn't come in until 10am. They weren't sure if they could do it made all kinds of excuses and finally decided they could do it. The gentleman promised me it would be 3 hours I waited and then after three hours left. Carol was very rude to every person who came in the shop and refused to call back customers shes not dealing with them. I was told my car would be ready at noon. I called them to come and get my car and they said it wasn't ready. They then called me back to tell me my car would be ready at 2:45pm. I would never go to them ever again and do not recommend them to anyone. They need to work on customer service....
