He said I could go on hold or he would call me back. I said that's fine - give me a call. I said I would come in but I am in Newark, and working. I waited 3 hours and called back. I spoke with Mike again and he said "oh we're so busy let me get back with you on that." Well I waited another four hours and guess what, no call from Mike. So I call again and ask for the sdales manager, he is not there so I end up with Mike again util he gives me to another salesman. This gentleman was very kind and found out what I needed to know. I wish I could remember his name. Anyway Mike put a new perspective on customer service - he's too busy!! It would take a lot for me to ever to do business with people like Mike.
i was unable to write a review on their page, but i guess it is covien... read more i was unable to write a review on their page, but i guess it is covienent to them so they can screw as many people as they can. i personally know who runs ACE MOTORS and they will do anything to a car to make it run just long enough for the customer to drive off and get a few miles away. ACE motors has changed timing with car to make you think you are getting a car with low miles and also rigs different parts to make a buck!! i HIGHLY recommend NO ONE purchase a car from them because you will regret it and it is an "as is" dealership and they will turn their backs and said you did something to the car..again THEY CHEAT PEOPLE!! they are lazy and rude they do not care if a cer is safe or not just so they can make money. how they go to sleep at night knowing they are putting people in danger is really sad...their prices may be low and it is for a REASON...in the end it will cost you more money and time if you purchase a car from ACE MOTORS!!!
My Dad just purchased a green Chevy S10, had it one day before trying ... read more My Dad just purchased a green Chevy S10, had it one day before trying to get it inspected and it wouldn't pass inspection because of the steering column. Dad called the owner back and was treated awful!! My Dad is ill and just lost his wife and I do not appreciate the very poor way he was treated! I am going to make sure that everyone I know hears of this terrible company and tells everyone in the area to STAY CLEAR OF McLaughlin Motor Co.!!!! I am posting reviews all over the internet, and may just write a letter to the editor on this!! BLACKLIST THIS SCAMMING COMPANY THEY CALL A CAR DEALERSHIP!!!!!!
