Not knowing any Auto Repair shops around and wanting to avoid commercial Auto Shops like Pep Boys who will rip you off to gain more money. I got to say everyone at Milberts were great! They got the job done quickly and were honest on any repairs needed. Also gave me a time cap on some repairs that will need service in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their cars for repair or inspections. Everyone was patient and very easy to talk to. An honest mechanic that does not try to sell you more service is a great mechanic to come back to in which I will everytime!

I've taken my car to other places for inspections and service but have felt that because I am a woman, that I have been over charged on occasion. I was referred to Milbert's by a friend who told me to call John and that he would take good care of me. That was an understatement. I never feel that I am being taken advantage of. I am always told what "needs" to be fixed and what can wait. John is very patient and explains in detail all that I need to know. The service he has provided to me is outstanding and I will never go anywhere else. I cannot afford to purchase a new car so the CRV is here to stay for a few more years. Even when I do purchase a new car, I plan on taking it to Milbert's for anything that needs to be done. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to have their cars serviced and give them 5 STARS *****!

I asked the salesmen to go outside and look at the SUV with me on the phone. I asked him specific questions about the Hummer. When I go there, many of the very things I asked about were totally different than the answer he gave. Rust covered both bumpers. The tubular bars were ruined with rust. Both heated seats did not work. And there was red paint spilled on the side of the SUV and on the rims. The salesmen agreed to work with me. When I got home I noticed a major oil leak in my driveway. I took pics of where it was leaking from and sent the pics to the dealer. I took it to my mechanic and got the repairs done, then called for partial reimbursement. I called 7 times from 10/31 and 11/6. NOT 1 time did I receive a call back. I fully realize that this is a used car, but these were specific questions that I asked about before driving out. Then when I am told to get it fixed and would get a partial refund, it makes it even worse. Thats 2 separate times of lying. I have a witness that was there with me when I picked it up. I can email all the details to you. This is not a company I would ever do business with again. Selfish, deceitful, dishonest, and very unprofessional.
