We’ve been a long time customer of Hi Tech and Dan. He always gets our vehicles in and out in a timely manner. Reasonable pricing. Thanks to Dan and Patrick for keeping our family safe all of these years!

They promised a free evaluation via a video on the Google page presented by the president of the company! They lied!! They charged me $200 to look at two simple concerns with the promise that IF they found the problem they would put the evaluation fee towards the repair. Another lie! Typical bait and switch move. Promise from three different employees. Well guess what? They couldn’t find anything wrong. So now I still have the issues with $200 less taken by this garage. I emailed them twice showing them the video clearly stating that the evaluation was promised as a complimentary inspection. They ghosted me and refuse to refund my money and refused to honor the video!! I wonder if they’ll take it down after this is submitted. I want a refund and I want the promise in the video by the president to be honored!!

I called around to get a better price than the dealer gave me, talked to George and he was very courteous and tried to help me. I then took the car in to be checked . As I'm sure most people have taken their vehicles to a shop to have a repair performed only to find it wasn't fixed properly, or was charged too much etc. And then the next time you have a problem you take it to another repair shop and so on. It was wonderful to have Mike and Suburban Car & Truck referred to me. We have been using Suburban for 7 years now, sending our 5 family cars and our 4 business "fleet" vehicles. How great is it to be able to comfortably be able to send my wife, son and daughters directly to Suburban and know that they will be treated respectfully, honestly and fairly. Or to have my business vehicles repaired quickly and fairly to get them back on the road where they need to be. If you value your family and company being treated better, we recommend you take your vehicles to Suburban Car & Truck. They are definitely different than the rest.
