I have always dreaded going to a mechanic due to various shops taking advantage a a woman who doesn't know much about cars . I then stumbled across wrench and decided to give it a try . Ray showed up and he explained my car issues in detail . He was sincere and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to figure out my issue and fix my car in the same day . Sam's a great guy, I simply drove to his shop unannounced and he made ... read more Sam's a great guy, I simply drove to his shop unannounced and he made time to check out my issues. I eventually got some electrical help with it and that led to some suspension work I needed a couple months later and a timing belt when I hit 100k in my VW. I always go to sam, he preinspected a Jaguar I was thinking about even. Sam's shop is different, I thought I would be getting Bentley prices for my little v-dubber, but that's not the case. Very reasonable for what he does.
