I have FULL COVERAGE car insurance in which I do not have to pay anything in the event of a car accident. When I first called to release my car, they said that my car wasn’t there for 2 days. Meanwhile, incurring storage charges. This is the oldest trick in the book to get money when they “can’t find” your car. My vehicle was here for 2 full weeks sitting in their lot HOSTAGE. Insisting on ME paying them cash or credit card to be released to my insurance approved body shop. They dodged almost every single one of the insurance company’s calls when they tried to pay the tow and storage fees from them. Multiple times they claimed the owner was not in or the woman who deals with billing was out. Stalling to get more days in storage fees. When my mom went down there to sign the release paperwork, (7 days in at this point) the owner Benny tried to hustle $800 cash or credit card from her so “they could tow it to the new body shop.” Their attitude towards me and my mom were very demeaning. As a young woman, they tried to intimidate and bully money out of me by giving me misleading and incorrect information at EVERY interaction I had with them. They would not have treated me this way if I was a male. I ended up calling the police to assist me with ensuring my car gets out after 2 frustrating weeks. I saw the bill was only $920, including the 2 tows and 14 days in storage fees. Something doesn’t add up here. This is why tow-truck companies and body shops get a bad reputation, because of predators like them. Unprofessional, rude, shady people.

Since he only checked the tire wear and he didn't check the tire pressure at all! and he didn't demount the tire from the wheel. Like are you kidding me! Your suppose to check the tire pressure to see if it was leaking or not! I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone out there.
The guys at Red Alert really know what ther'ye doing. They have all be... read more The guys at Red Alert really know what ther'ye doing. They have all been in the business for years. My black car has swirl marks all over it and looked horrible when it was in the sun and they completely saved my paint job. In addition I had them de-chrome a piece of trim on my trunk. They matched my paint job perfectly. They did amazing work for a great price as well.
