She truly was knowledgeable about her job, and sincere. She went beyond and far to make my visit a good one. Also I would like to thank Ryan your shuttle driver for being so nice and sociable. He was a good driver also. I have driven a school bus for 27 yrs and it is habit to drive along with the driver. I felt comfortable with his driving I didn't feel the need. Again thank you!
