The buying experience was wonderful. I now have to say, Buyer Beware!!! The car I purchased started with just small issues. First the high beams, then the front tires on the front within a month were showing steel, then came the big stuff, leaking head gasket and finally the transmission, all of this in less than 5 months. Their response was "Oh Well" It's a used car. Supposedly it passed inspection with flying colors, because the day I bought it, it had a brand new sticker. Please keep in mind, that i did not travel extensively with this car. My commute to work each day is only 8 min. each way all other travel was typical family stuff. Grocery store etc. If you decide to purchase from them, please bring a mechanic with you or have it checked immediately by a mechanic you trust, but I really would recommend buying a car elsewhere if possible

If you're reading this, be sure to read reviews on other sites also. Do your research. This company has ripped off and manipulated too many people to deserve any business. I suspect some of the good reviews were written by Guru by the way they sound. Follow your instincts. I should have followed my gut when I walked in there and started dealing with the phonies, but I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt; until it was too late! I agreed on a car during the daytime, when I came back to purchase it the next night, their tone and attitude had totally changed. Well, they had my deposit ($500!) and wouldn't give it back. I took the car home (wish I read the other reviewers warning about their fees) and the next morning I noticed there were different tires on the car!!! When I left my deposit they were newer, dark black with deep treads. I didn't bother to look the night I purchased it, but now I have light colored, dry rotting, bald tires!!! When I called to complain they denied it and gave me a hard time! Disgraceful. The sad thing is, the workers have to be in on these dealings with the owner. I'm sure some are family, but the others must have to sell a little of their soul every day they go in there and handle their business the way they do. Shame on them. This company doesn't deserve your business. There are Thousands of other cars out there and truly nice, honest people willing to make you a good deal on them. Oh, and check BBB.org, saw that in a review after the fact also. Oh well, never again. You were warned.
