I called before I drove out (2 hours). I asked the salesmen to go outs... read more I called before I drove out (2 hours). I asked the salesmen to go outside and look at the SUV with me on the phone. I asked him specific questions about the Hummer. When I go there, many of the very things I asked about were totally different than the answer he gave. Rust covered both bumpers. The tubular bars were ruined with rust. Both heated seats did not work. And there was red paint spilled on the side of the SUV and on the rims. The salesmen agreed to work with me. When I got home I noticed a major oil leak in my driveway. I took pics of where it was leaking from and sent the pics to the dealer. I took it to my mechanic and got the repairs done, then called for partial reimbursement. I called 7 times from 10/31 and 11/6. NOT 1 time did I receive a call back. I fully realize that this is a used car, but these were specific questions that I asked about before driving out. Then when I am told to get it fixed and would get a partial refund, it makes it even worse. Thats 2 separate times of lying. I have a witness that was there with me when I picked it up. I can email all the details to you. This is not a company I would ever do business with again. Selfish, deceitful, dishonest, and very unprofessional.

Had a garage tell me I needed breaks,shocks and an oxygen sensor & decided to take my ford crossover to Chuck Glenn's & found out I didn't need any of those things. Just a bad outer tie rod. So grateful to find a down home honest family run business that doesn't take advantage of a woman!!! They will be the garage I use rather than Verne's off 108 in slippery rock who talked me into a new engine only to find out 2 weeks later from dale Hinds that the motor mounts were rusted out so bad,beyond repair bad,that my car couldn't pass inspection or be repaired. How do you put in a new engine & not know the motor mounts were rusted out beyond repair? i sold the car & two weeks later the engine fell thru to the road will the girl was doing 70mph. jerk,I should have sued. Chuck Glenn's garage will be my go to & the one i highly reccommend. Thank you!!!
