Called them Monday morning and my guy who I deal with, was out sick, so the Girl at the front desk, Cat got my car over to their shop right away! I even had the wrong phone number! I call the fax machine & Cat knew to call me back... Anyway, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and easy! They even dealt with my insurance company! BOUGHT MY FORD FOCUS IN ROTHROCK 11 MONTH AGO ,AND 6 MONTH LATER THE T... read more BOUGHT MY FORD FOCUS IN ROTHROCK 11 MONTH AGO ,AND 6 MONTH LATER THE TRANSMICION BROKE DOWN ,DOC THE AGENT THE SOLD ME THE CAR TRYED TO GET ME IN ANOTHER CAR AND HIS SUPERVISOR SAID NO THAT WE HAD TO STAY WITH IT , AT FIRST THEY CONVINCE YOU TO GET IT ,THEY PROMICE YOU A LOT AND THEN NOTHING ALL LIES ,NOW BAD CAR ARAID IT WILL BRAKE ON ME ANY TIME ,BUT THEY DONT CARE. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY .
