I just bought two work vans from them on Friday, March 1st 2013. The e... read more I just bought two work vans from them on Friday, March 1st 2013. The experience was fantastic. Rob, the general manager picked up two of my employees and brought them to the dealership so they could drive them home. A+ While I finished the paperwork, we were given anything we wanted, candy, pop, water, etc. Kristen made us feel welcome and was very professional, but easy to talk with and quite funny. The vans were perfectly detailed, full of fuel, and I purchased two 3year GWC warranties. I have used GWC warranties prior and trust them, and saved easily $5000 on repair costs on my previous two work vans. Best experience I have ever had purchasing work vans was here. I was reluctant to buy Ford's at first, but Rob took the time to share his knowledge and showed me how much better off I am with these vans. Not to mention he sells 99% ford and how many I was amazed. Thanks Kristen and Rob, I am so happy!
This place is terrible dont ever take your car there. Went to get my o... read more This place is terrible dont ever take your car there. Went to get my o2 sensor fixed and then less than a month later my light comes back on and it's my sensor again. With the warranty I have I took it back to have it fixed and now they are saying my other one is broke now. So they want more money to fix it but the code that is coming up is the same as before they replaced the first one. They think I am dumb but they are just shady and this isn't over yet. By the time I am done they will be out of business!
