Refuse to accept valid coupon within expiration date because I had pro... read more Refuse to accept valid coupon within expiration date because I had provided my own parts. There is no sign disclosure or mention of this anywhere that providing my own parts made it so I could not use any coupons. I expressed my dissatisfaction but the manager did not care and bragged about owning Mr.Tire. When confronted the attitude I was given not customer friendly! I would recommend to keep looking there are many other auto repair shops less than a block.

He's attentive, keeps you updated on the work being done to your vehicle, and works directly with the insurance companies to get you the most money back on your deductible (he saved me close to $500). On top of this, he does solid work for a great price. I will definitely be going back to him for any body work as well as my inspection!
