When I picked up the car, the AIRBAG Warning light was on. I called and the guy told me it just needed to "cycle itself" because he had to unplug the warning light. Got home and looked at the invoice and noticed that he charged me $150.00 for a steering wheel control that Walmart and Amazon both sell for $28.00. I trusted that he wouldn't gouge me so I didn't ask the price. 4 weeks and 1500 miles later and the AIRBAG light was still on. I was about to trade in the car so I called him and let him know. His only response was that it should've recycled and to take it to the dealer. No mention of him paying to fix what he caused, etc. The dealer quoted me $150 just to look at it. Everything I read online said it was a seat sensor that can be blown if wires behind the dash get shorted. When I got there to trade the vehicle my value was lowered by $500.00. This guy's error cost me $500.00 in trade value on my car. I'm filing in District Court today to at least get back the money I paid him to do the install. I'm out over $750.00 but all I want back is my $250.00 for the install. I hate being ripped off. People need to take accountability for their mistakes.

I let him put the fuel pump in the car...still not running right. Took car to dealer for the PT cruiser. Car did not need timing belt and he put the pump in wrong. Now the fuel gauge doesn't work. Don't trust this man he is not a honest person.

I questioned why my bill was 114.00 when my car milage was under 5000 miles for the year which makes you exempt from emissions,(which means you only pay for the emission sticker, not the emission service) I also inquired why the signage in the store had 49.95 and i was being charged 69.50) The owners son stated that it didn't matter whether they did the emissions testing or not you still pay for the inspection. He was rude, curt and I called a friend so he could explain it to him and he continued to walk around the shop having a private conversation while he's putting paper work on the counter. I waited until he finished his two conversations and walking around and asked these questions. I paid for the service and told him we did not need to conversate anymore about this. I saw Craig johnson owner and told him I will never come back to his shop. I called him when I left and explained what happened. He started being defensive saying we give ya'll a break, you failed safety b/c of the tint on my windows and I said if that is the case why did you pass me, prior to him Ive had the card inspected for six years with the same tent on the windows and always passed without issue. My friend called back and asked for a break down of what I was charged and after 60.00 dollars there was no explanation for the the other 40.00then he admitted he was over charging me b/c he still passed me although I failed for safety for the tent on my windows. So if you have 114.00 you can be illegally passed at this shop. On another note I left my iPad in the shop with all the haste of my mistreatment and and called back and spoke with craig johnson the owner and his son(who said the one with the leather case, he could only know that b/c he had to have seen it and open the clothe case it was housed in.) but they claim they didn't see and they were to busy to look over the counter in their very small place. so not only was I over charged, treat with disrespect,
