I wish I could give this dealer No Stars on this survey I am a shoppe... read more I wish I could give this dealer No Stars on this survey I am a shopper and got the worst deal at Kenny Ross Ford from there "sales manager" of the five dealerships I went to. I believe the "sales manager made a example to his sales staff how to handle a informed shopper to make you feel you no nothing about what your car is worth. Shopping at Kenny Ross Ford was a total waste of 2 hours of my time. I bought a new ford at another dealer in Westmoreland County for $2000.00 less at another dealer. They are still living in the past when car dealers screwed there customers on price. Go to another dealer in the area that are honest. I cannot believe how badly I was treated. You will save money and not be lied to. Hope this review saves you the waste of your time.
