We are poised to file a Small Claims suit against Rick Wilson as well. Do not place any trust in this man. We are regretting buying a vehicle from him, as was the gentleman that had dropped by to complain about his Jeep purchase while we were there. We should have walked out when that customer voiced his grievance. Let all Buyers beware. You have been duly warned. Rick Wilson is not an honest person and does not back his vehicles.

I believe the "sales manager made a example to his sales staff how to handle a informed shopper to make you feel you no nothing about what your car is worth. Shopping at Kenny Ross Ford was a total waste of 2 hours of my time. I bought a new ford at another dealer in Westmoreland County for $2000.00 less at another dealer. They are still living in the past when car dealers screwed there customers on price. Go to another dealer in the area that are honest. I cannot believe how badly I was treated. You will save money and not be lied to. Hope this review saves you the waste of your time.
