He was able to complete my rotors and brake pads replacement in under 2 hours. He even accommodated me on a Sunday which is rare for a lot of shops to be open on that day. I highly recommend Greg for his 30 years of mechanic skills for your automotive needs. If you live around Gastonia give Greg a call! He will beat any quote!
I called ahead and told them that my wife's car, 2010 Chevy Impala had... read more I called ahead and told them that my wife's car, 2010 Chevy Impala had 2 actuators bad in the dash. I told them I have already bought 1. My wife dropped the car off and when was told it was ready went to pick it up. The bill was $160 for labor and used the part I bought. The other actuator was not replaced. We were told that they could order another actuator and charge another $160 to replace it when they could have replaced both and the same time. BAD BUSINESS. Had to choose at least 1 star, but actually deserve none.
