he rebuilt a lower unit put back on my boat that was said to be a factory reconditioned it was not. if you deal with him get all paperwork from him including where he bought parts. my mistake he is a backyard mechanic as you can tell where his shop is.better off paying more money to have it done right he will rip you off but go see for yourself.
