The WORST experience ever!! My Son went here with all his high school graduation money and his hard earned money he had been saving for months. They were rude,gave no advice to help him out with his purchase and let him walk out with the wrong size amp which would have never powered the four high dollar speakers he bought and the wrong size speaker box,no suggestion of let us install this for you this week (of couse not because you knew it would never work correctly) all he got was we are closing you need to load up your stuff.Four employees stood there and watch him load it up in his SUV,what customer service!! He came home with NO receipt for the cash deal and of course an empty wallet by time he left out of their store.I took off work the following morning to be at their door at opening and after an ugly confrontation with the owner returned all their equipment and was told well you can carry it in. Again grown men stood there and watched me (a middle aged mother) and my son unload and carry in an SUV full of heavy equipment!! I am happy to report after a day spent in Knoxville he now has a killer system purchased elsewhere which he is thrilled with!! I know justice will always be served to anyone who takes advantage of a young kid just learning about this world and out trying to do the right thing. The only thing I can thank these people for is teaching him a hard sad lesson of life. You have lost the business of him and all of his friends and always remember word of mouth is your best advertisement!! Shame on all of you for what you did to my child
