DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP I took my Honda Civic there and t... read more DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP I took my Honda Civic there and told them what my car was doing and what we THOUGHT was wrong. They did not diagnose, they did not even tell me what they were doing to my car. When I called to inquire about the status of my car, I was informed they had flushed the cooling system, which we had already done. This fixed my car for 2 days before it started acting up again. I took it back to the garage, an all they were willing to do was replace the thermostat. When I called to speak to the owner, he cussed me out and hung up on me. I have no clue how this shop is still in business, but do not trust them with your car 6 months later and my car still isn't working properly because they took all the money I had to fix my car.
I CAME IN AND TOLD THE PERSON AT THE DESK THAT I NEEDED A NEW STARTER,... read more I CAME IN AND TOLD THE PERSON AT THE DESK THAT I NEEDED A NEW STARTER, THAT I HAD BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS WITH MY 2003 TARUS WITH LESS THAN 55000 MILES STARTING. I RECEIVED A CALL LATER SAYING MY STARTER HAD NO PROBLEMS BUT THAT I NEEDED OTHER SERVICE FOR OVER $300. I TRUSTED THAT THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. THREE DAYS LATER MY CAR WOULD NOT START AND I HAD TO HAVE AAA START IT. THEN ABOUT A WEEK AFTER I TOOK CAR TO FIRESTONE I WAS STRANDED AT THE YMCA WITH CAR NOT STARTING. AAA SENT BATTERY TRUCK OUT BUT THEY COULDN'T START MY CAR EITHER AND I HAD TO WAIT FOR A TOW TRUCK TO PULL MY CAR TO ANOTHER LOCAL SHOP. THEY FOUND THAT INDEED I DID NEED A NEW STARTER. I AM VERY UNHAPPY THAT A COMPANY I TRUSTED TO FIX MY CAR, ESPECIALLY WHEN I TOLD THEM WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. I AM 75 YEARS OLD AND HAVE DRIVEN ALL MY ADULT LIFE, THEREFORE I KNOW MY CAR AND WHAT THE TROUBLE USUALLY IS. I AM TOO OLD TO BE STRANDED WITH A CAR HAVING PROBLEMS THAT I HAD TAKEN IT TO FIRESTONE TO BE FIXED.
Took my truck, a 2008 F150 to Car Maintenance and Performance earlie... read more Took my truck, a 2008 F150 to Car Maintenance and Performance earlier this year. Craig and the gang took care of us and our vehicle. I had my yearly oil change as well as a transmission service and tire rotation. While the shop is 50 miles from me this is the only place I will take my vehicles.
