I continue to have a great experience with the Little Brothers Shell station for repairs/maintenance on my Audi. All of the mechanics are easy to talk to and they work hard to provide great customer service. I will continue to take my car to Avery, Jeremy and the rest of the guys.

Even though they could not work on my roof mounted A/C in my Sprinter Van, they were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Because of that, I will go to Link Automotive the next time I am in need of a general vehicle repair. Thank you!

Filed complaint with BBB since Cody said he would email me a copy of receipt of purchase of the new catalytic converter they purchased for my car & instead sent my a copy of my receipt for payment. This more than proves they did not change my catalytic converter & they have not responded to the BBB, because they have no proof of purchase or the new c.c. serial number to compare to my old c.c. serial number! They were all trained by FireStone of Murfreesboro (including the owner, of which Noah whom they fired for telling people this fact!) which explains it all, they were taught how to rip customers off & over charge & immediately blame other parts going bad when the customer calls within warranty time frame to complain about the same issues!! Save your money & go to actual professionals!!! These boys are not professional nor do they do business as such!!

Wanted an oil change and tire rotation. I called first and they quoted a price of $36.95 for oil change and $10 for tire rotation. I went up there. They serviced my car and gave me a bill for $93! I asked them what for and they made up all this stuff about having to put "special" oil in my car or it would blow up the engine. They never asked about it first. Then he charged me $17 for a tire rotation. I told him that he had told me $10 and he replied he didn't. I asked for the owner and the man said he wasn't allowed to give out his phone number. I said, ok, call him and have him call me. The man smirked and said, "if I have a minute" needless to say owner never called me. They wouldn't give me my car keys until I paid them. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE for anything! Especially if you are a woman. They will take advantage of you and lie about what repairs you need. After this happened I asked around and found several people telling the same story about being overcharged. Also, found complaints on other websites. Google the business and read all!

Marvelous!! Had a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 pick up truck that needed major help. Stagecoach team replaced my engine as the primary job but also helped address issues with several systems e.g. heating/cooling, braking, steering, suspension, electrical, drive train and did a full inspection (truck new to me) and identified many concerns but they helped me navigate multiple options. I truly appreciated their constant updates, great advice and competitive pricing. As a bonus, I didn't expect my moss covered vehicle to be returned to me cleaned (inside and out) paint shining with tire dressing and all, these guys take great pride in their work and do an excellent job no matter what aspect of repair!!

I HAD A VEHICLE THAT HAD BEEN CHECKED AT ANOTHER TRANSMISSION SHOP IN FRANKLIN AND AT THE DEALER AND BOTH HAD TOLD ME MY TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REBUILT OR REPLACED. I THEN TOOK IT TO MR. MAYS AT COLEMAN TAYLORS AND HE INSISTED ON CHECKING IT BEFORE GIVING ME A PRICE TO REBUILD IT. SINCE IT WAS A FREE CHECK, I AGREED THINKING HE WOULD JUST CALL ME BACK AND TELL ME THE SAME THING, IT NEEDED A REBUILD OR TO BE REPLACED. I WAS GOING TO LET THEM FIX IT BECAUSE A FRIEND RECOMMENDED THEM ALONG WITH MY REGULAR MECHANIC. BUT WHEN MR.MAYS CALLED BACK AND TOLD ME A SPEED SENSOR WAS BAD AND IT WOULD COST 86.00, I ALMOST FELL OUT OF MY CHAIR. I KNEW RIGHT THEN THAT I WOULD NEVER GO ANTWHERE ELSE FOR TRANSMISSION REPAIRS AS LONG AS I LIVE. HE COULD HAVE TOLD ME THE SAME THING THE OTHERS HAD AND MADE A LOT MORE MONEY BUT HE DID THE RIGHT THING AND I JUST DONT THINK MANY SHOPS DO THAT ANYMORE. KUDOS TO MR.
