They didnt even change out the right hose that was suppose to be changed out and when I went back in because my car was making the same noise they said the hose they changed needed to be changed and there was nothing wrong with the noise my car was making, which turns out to be very wrong not only is it wrong it could damage my car if I continue to drive it that way. They told me they do diagnosis for $29.99 but charged me for $70 instead. Their reason is that i turned down the first price the first time. That does not make any sense. Also they did not clarify that $70 is the regular price. It is so cheap to make business like that. So make a low price just to attract customers but charge them extra when they actually go there? Just give me the original price, don't play any games. I would still go there to check my car because it is still cheaper than dealers. Now after all these dishonest act, i will never go to this place, same goes to EVERYONE that I know. When i confront them, they gave me rude attitude and saying come back another day if i want to keep on arguing or robbing the place??! No body is going to rob you, YOU robbed me!! what an attitude. I am not a complaining person but this is so unprofessional and this is not how you do business for what i know. So Do not ever go there, it is the last place on this earth that you will go for your car. Actually, cross that off, i would rather let me car die on the road than take my precious car to that damn place.
