I just want to say what an awesome blessing one of your employees was ... read more I just want to say what an awesome blessing one of your employees was to me yesterday! I was using my spare tire on my car in place of a bald tire. Was waiting for payday to come so that I could get a new tire. In the meantime, I had a good tire go flat. I had to use the bald tire as a spare to get to Discount tire to get the flat fixed. The salesman asked if I wanted to go ahead and get the new tire on the front. I told him I could not do that and was coming back on payday to get it. When the young man came in to tell me my car was ready, he said they fixed the flat and put on a new tire on the front. I panicked, thinking maybe the salesman had misunderstood me. There was no way I could pay for the tire. I told the young man that I didn't ask for a new tire. We went back in and the salesman explained that the spare tire was so old and cracked that it was not safe. He had given me the tire they placed on my car. I was completely shocked! He said he would rather me be safe and not have a blowout, and a wreck, so I could come back to buy more tires. I know he cannot possibly imagine how great a blessing that was to this very broke teacher, but you will have my business always! Everybody is always so friendly and helpful there, and now have shown that they are also caring and helpful. Thank you so much!
My vehicle stayed on th lift for two hours without doing anything to ... read more My vehicle stayed on th lift for two hours without doing anything to it while I patiently waited for th oil change and wheel aliegnment. Total trip was three and a half hours then tried to con me into buying tires and shocks. Would not recommend this facility for anyone. Very unsatisfied.
