One suggestion, If you check the filters before the customer leaves, or just ask the customer at that time, then they can authorize the work, for example, if the air filter is dirty please swap it out. I had a great experience with them. I took my Jeep for a routine check up as my tire was wearing out unevenly. They checked my whole system and got the Jeep fixed within 2 days.
