HOSTILE, ignorant and prone to verbal violence. I had a very bad experience with this guy cussing at me the entire time. Didn't want to do warranty work because of the hassle of getting paid. I asked "Do I need to take this coach someplace else?" His reply "You are f*cking right you need to. Can't believe anyone would do business here. READ ALL REVIEWS on other sites, you'll find the same nightmare stories over and over.

Gave it one star because you can't have ZERO.
