Had an issue with a front bumper flap dragging making all kinds of noise due to scuffing too many curbs. Called Spencer's and even though their schedule was packed, squeezed me in and had me out within 15 mins!!! On top of that wouldn't take a red cent for their service in spite of my objections. Now I know why my daughter & son-in-law think so highly of the Spencer family, their expertise & business. They were upfront with me and kept me up to date on everything that they saw throughout the repair process. A few days after we picked it up, we took a family trip to Little Rock Arkansas.
