I'm a single mom with one car so it was super important to have my problem solved and I've always been wary of being tricked into spending more money than necessary. Eric saved the day for me! He could have told me that I needed more work done, and I would have believed him. However he was patient, honest, on time and fair! He came to me (I didn't want to call a tow truck) and was exactly on time. If I ever have a car issue, this will be my go-to place. I'd give them 100 stars if I could. Very very highly recommended! I have a 1996 Cadillac Eldorado. I had a Check Engine light on and was... read more I have a 1996 Cadillac Eldorado. I had a Check Engine light on and was missing. The voltage from the alternator was low on the meters.Bottom line, they found that the Alternator need replacement.It was determined that the spark plugs and coils were in good condition. Due to the age of the car, they decided that cleaning out the fuel injectors was needed. During the road testing to clear the computer, one of the coils went out and was replaced. What impressed me most was during the process of the repair they maintained a professional and courteous attitude toward the customer.Keep me well informed during the process. The car runs better then it has in over 10 years. I will not use any other shop for my work.
