I was referred to Tilden for alignment work from Discount Tire due to car pulling to the right when accelerating. The mechanic/owner did the alignment ($79) and told me that wheel bearing needs to be replaced to fix the pulling problem ($300). After the replacement and tire rotation, the pulling problem got worse (now pulling while decelerating too). I left my car the following week for a day to diagnose and fix the pulling problem. He did not have a clue about the problem by the end of that day. I wasted $379 and hours of time and ended up having my car worse than before. He did not care about bad reputation or review. I went back to Discount Tire and explained what happened. They removed his business cards from the shop and will not recommend to anyone. Don't waste your time and money for visiting this mechanic!
